Valenciarental Flats are set in a stylish tower building, next to Valencia Congress Palace, 4 km from the city centre. They are well-connected by bus, tram and Metro to the centre.

Beniferri Metro Station is 450 metres away. The City Tourist Bus stops outside the apartments. The N3 Night Bus, which leaves hourly from Valencia's main square, also stops outside.

The bright apartments can accommodate between 2 and 6 people, and offer free wired internet. The décor features modern artwork and parquet floors. The kitchens come equipped with a fridge and microwave.

There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and there are vending machines for coffee and soft drinks on the first floor. There are some restaurants and cafés a short walk away.

The building offers good security, with CCTV cameras in the car park and in public areas.
