The 40 Flats offers stylish, contemporary décor in its spacious apartments. Each has a large seating area with satellite TV and a DVD player.

The apartments are within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. The centre of Valencia is around 20 minutes’ walk away and sights such as the city’s cathedral and bull ring are less than 3 km from the apartments. The nearest beach can be reached in 10 minutes, by bus.
